Deal Closure 15% Own end-to-end sales discussions until payment is completed. Support sales discussions with additional product and pricing information.
Onboarding 5% Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with restaurant and Flihy Qsine platform setup. Provide onboarding support, system access, and training.
Support NA No action needed. Flihy Qsine handles all customer support. Own end-to-end customer support for technical and operational queries.
Renewal 20% Proactively coordinate with the restaurant before the expiration date to ensure renewal. Provide renewal reminders and necessary documentation.
