1. Introduction

• Is not created using automated bots.
• Does not infringe third-party rights.
• Complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Free Trial and Fees

We may offer a free trial of one week or as specified during sign-up. After the trial, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan unless cancelled before expiry.

No refunds or credits for partial periods. Prices and plans may change.

7. Flihy Qsine Privacy Policy

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer / Liability

The App is provided "as is". You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flihy Qsine disclaims all liability for:

• Technical failures, inaccuracies, or interruptions.
• Any implied warranties.
• Economic loss, reputational harm, or indirect damages.

If liability is established, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid by you for the App or in-app purchases.

We are not responsible for third-party advertisements. Purchases via ads are at your own risk.

11. General Conditions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flihy Qsine.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to Indian courts.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right unless in writing.
